Our Warehouses & Fulfilment
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, Fybelle Beauty operates multiple fulfilment warehouses across key regions, including Australia, UK, Germany, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
We always aim to ship your order from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. However, if a local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, we may arrange shipment from the next closest location to avoid delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
In some cases, this may involve international shipping, but there will be no additional cost to you, your shipping rate remains the same as shown at checkout.

Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Fybelle Beauty is not responsible for refunds on shipping costs due to shipping delays caused by product availability.
Untracked Packages: Fybelle Beauty does not take responsibility for untracked parcels that go missing.
Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. However, we will assist as much as possible in tracking lost parcels.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Fybelle Beauty has no control over customs or import duties charged by the destination country.
- Any import taxes or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend checking with your local customs agency before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
Wrong Address Policy
We ship orders only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please enter your details carefully to avoid any issues.
If you enter the wrong address:
Before shipping: Contact our support team immediately. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to correct the address.
After shipping:
- If the order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping.
- If the order is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement.
We understand that mistakes happen, but the best way to avoid these issues is to double-check your address before completing your order.
